Refund Policy

We take great care of all the items listed in our shop and all of our products are of excellent quality. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment and we will give you refund (less shipping costs) on items that are returned to us promptly in unused condition.

  • Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since receiving your purchase and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a exchange.
  • The item has to be returned within 10 days after receiving your purchase. If not, we can't offer you a refund a refund or a exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be return or refunded.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable.



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that  we approve your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the same method of payment, within 1-3 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that the refund may take some time to be effective. If you have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us at



  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will contact you via mail with the details.


Return shipping

  • Unfortunately, we cannot afford to pay the shipping costs for a returning item.
  • The return shipping must be via registered mail. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
