Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Pos Indonesia Registered for international orders.

How do I shop online?

You can order online via our website.  Adding items to your cart is easy. All you need to do is to find the item you want, click the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to check out, click the "Checkout" button that appears when you click on your cart at the top right of the page.

Clicking the "Checkout" button will bring you to a page that will confirm what is in your cart, as well as give you the option to enter a discount code or special requests.


If you are satisfied with your cart, please click the “Next step” button to enter your Billing and Shipping Address. In the next step please choose PayPal as your payment method. By choosing this payment method you will be automatically directed to PayPal's site in the next step. When you've entered your information there, you'll be brought back to this store to complete your order.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay by card?

 If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal service to pay with your credit card, and be covered by Buyer Protection. You do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither.


Make sure the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option is selected and enter your credit card's data in the next step.

What kind of payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

We accept payment by PayPal or by direct bank transfer (only within Indonesia).

How can I track my  order?  /  When  will I receive my order?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed, we will ship the item in 1-3 working days. We will sent you more detailed information on delivery times for your area as soon as we send the order.

As soon as we ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order with the tracking number in the shipping service website.

Do I have to pay custom duties when receiving my bag?

After the shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. These charges are not included in the price of our products.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so it is better to contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we will inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. 

Can I return an item?

Of course. You can return your order if you are not fully satisfy with the purchase. Inform us via email within 5 calendar days of receiving your shipment and we will email you back approving the return. You will have to return the product within 10 calendar days with the same delivery service used when purchasing. The item must be in the original package and unused. We will not charge any re-stocking fee, but we have to discount a 15% of the refund for the delivery expenses. Please note that unfortunately we cannot pay for the return shipping cost.

Are you a 'fair trade' or an 'eco certified'  company?

No. We are a small new company and do not have any certifications. However, there is no need of certificates to use common sense, so we try to use the best of the best materials which have the least impact on the environment. 

What type of leather do you use?

We use cowhide and lambskin that comes as a by-product of meat production. We choose leather that is entirely processed in Indonesia rather than imported products, as to contribute to the local economy.

 

We work to ensure that as much as possible of the leather used in our products comes from LWG-certified tanneries (The LWG –Leather Working Group- protocol is designed to ensure that the entire supply chain of leather manufactures have attained a measurable level of environmental performance).

 

We are of course conscious about the controversial use of leather, and undertook a long research period in order to decide whether to use it or not in our products. You can read some or the articles we read in order to make your own decision here or here, amongst other resources. After a (long) while, our decision was to use animal leather. We work hard to get the least harmful leather we can find, but we are conscious that animal leather has the potential to be harmful for the environment (as does every other manufactured product). It's a personal decision, and we feel that real, quality leather adds a certain longevity, beauty and character to our bags.

Is  vegan/synthetic leather  available?

No. We use real leather in our products because it is more durable over the course of usage and time than its synthetic counterpart. As vegan leather is a plastic derivate, it is no less of a contaminant and harmful to the environment than real leather. We are of course open to other opinions and lifestyles, so if you would not like to use animal leather you can email us with an order for a custom bag made entirely from textiles.
